ETP-300 Encoder Wheels | Precision Length & Linear Measurement Solution
ETP-300 encoder wheels are high-precision measuring wheels designed for length, linear, and meter measurement in industrial applications. Thanks to their robust body structure and surface-optimized coating options, they provide reliable and repeatable measurements even under harsh operating conditions. Encoder wheels are widely used for measuring the length of materials such as PVC, textile, plastic, metal, paper, wood, cables, and ropes.
High-Accuracy Measurement Based on Encoder Pulse Count
ETP-300 encoder wheels are selected according to the pulse (PPR) count of the encoder, ensuring high measurement accuracy.
Application examples:

200 or 2000 pulse encoder → Encoder wheel with 200 mm circumference

300 or 3000 pulse encoder → Encoder wheel with 300 mm circumference

500 or 5000 pulse encoder → Encoder wheel with 500 mm circumference

With this configuration, a resolution of 1 or 10 pulses per millimeter is achieved, enabling highly precise length measurement.
