Measurement Capacity : 

In the TNP 4, two rotations of the measuring wheel correspond to 1 meter of measured length.  The mechanical counter can measure from 0 to 9,999 meters.  After completing a measurement, the counter can be reset whenever required, allowing a new measurement cycle to begin.
